– What is personalisation?
Personalisation means that tickets for events are linked to people. With visitor personalisation, the name of the visitor is recorded for each individual ticket.
– Why personalisation?
Tickets for Rammstein are sold exclusively on a personalised basis. Personalised means that each ticket is linked to only one person who is mentioned by name on it. This person is the holder of the right to attend and only this person is granted access to the event.
In addition, there is a purchase limit of a maximum of 6 tickets per customer.
The personalisation of the tickets and the limited number of tickets are done for reasons of fairness and to avoid a secondary market where tickets are often offered at inflated prices. This special and deliberate regulation of advance sales is intended to give as many fans as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets at fair prices.
